Yersina Enterocolitica is a unwanted bacteria in the 12 most wanted list.

This bacteria thrives and grows in animals like cattle, deer, pigs, wild birds, rarely humans themselves.

The bacteria associated with it are uncooked meat, and bad condition dairy products, untreated water, and uncooked seafood

Yersinia can be responsible for Yersinisonis, diarrhea, and the worst of all vomiting

This bacteria is related to a bacterium that causes plague

The incubation period for the illness is 1 to 2 days max

basically the best thing to do to prevent this is not eat raw food and bad condition dairy products

The grilled cheese sandviches and Tomato soups in tuesday and wedsday

For the first 2 days of cooking in the kitchen, we made 2 grill cheese sandviches with different ingredients.
We made the sandviches with premade cheese and the other one with cheddar cheese. In my personal opinion I think the sandvich with the cheddar cheese tasted allot better. The sandvich was messy with tomatoes, hot chilli pepper, and herbs cribbed up with the bread. At first I thought it would taste bad with the bread while it was a little burned. I said to myself afterwards eating that sandvich "looks aren't anything". Just like they say in Dragon-ball Z.


The tomato soups, I can say right off the bat. The tomato soup I liked the taste of the most was the tamato soup that came in a large can with tomato skins. The other tomato soup with milk I didn't like at all. I'm not sure what else to say about the soups besides the fact that they are good with grilled cheese.
