In week two into cooking class we made cookies called biscotti cookies. looking at the picture of the cookies, they just look like small pieces of hard dipping toast. Ironically there not crunchy to bite on like toast. I would assume that there's something special in these cookies that im not getting. These are cookies that are meant to be dipped on hot chocalte, and some sort of coffee.
I remember that taste of the cookies. I didnt really think that these cookies didn't taste that good. in the other hand I bet they will taste perfect with a hot berage like coffie or hot chocate.
At least a 6/10 for this one

Suger cookies
This is a recipe of cookies I was looking forward to. The idea of the word sugar put into the recipe put a grin on my face. After a couple of minutes during cooking class ,we were told to bake the cookies in the next two days. My grin turned into and upset look. We have to wait for those cookies for 48 hours. In the other hand we get to make 4 patches of cookies in these 2 weeks. At least we get to make more cookies.
For starters I had to lead a new group of people for 2 weeks. they seemed quiet at first and taking me a seriously about being their group leader (even though I don't have way to much experience). The cookie dough seems pretty simple to make. just add eggs, vanilla, flour, and all that simple stuff. For each day of making these cookies there will be a different recipe, making life full of surprises. After when we mixed together the ingredients, we mashed it into a ball, foil wrapped it, and chucked it inside the fridge.
yesterday in Thursday we finally baked some cookies. rolling out the cookie dough with the rolling pin takes patience I do feel bad because i forgot to bring my own cookie cutters just for the fun of it (next time ill do that). We got our cookies set and we putted them in the oven for 10 min. after they were done I tasted one cookie, and I couldn't stop eating them. I decided to bring some cookies home for my family as well. I hope the others arn`t too upset with me eating the most of the cookies.

lentil soups
I remember in that week we all as a class were making soups like a marathon. it drove me crazy in the inside but in the other hand I told my self, ``this will be over soon``. One of the soups I remember was the lentil soup. It was chunky and hot, but I tolerated that idea well. I honestly don't remember the ingredients of the recipe, But I do remember the taste of it.

Gnocchi the pasta I have never heard of
Gnocchi was a complete surprise for me to start making this certain pasta. Potatoes, and 1 egg seems unusual instead of flour and all that stuff you need for pasta I tolerated the idea and started to help make it, (even though I wasn't sure what I was doing). After we putted together the porgies, we threw some on the pot and waited it for it to cook. after it was cooked we tasted it. Of course it tasted wet, but overall it tasted very good.
On the second day in the process of making our dish, we were told to make some sauce for our pasta. To me making the pasta sauce took longer than the pasta itself. The long wait of the making was worth it.
We cooked the pasta till they floated to the top. We served them right after there done. the taste reminds me of a porgies in some ways. overall i think this is a good thing to make.
A Few days afterwards I decided to make some myself along with my mom. It was done quickly, but the pastas were ugly by looks. i putted them in the fridge just to make them a little harder. I threw them in the pot until they are cooked.
Overall I would give this a 8.5 out of 10.
