At Thursday April 4th we made baked potatoes with sour cream and green onion. This was our first time we made something on our own as a group. I was the only one in the group that had to bring all the ingredients. I thought too much that some members in group A would contribute something. But in the other hand I will type how we made it. There weren't so many ingredients in mind, there was only a potato, sour cream, cheese, and green onion. I learn that if you put the potatoes in the microwave first, the skin would be more harder and less resistant. Afterwards we rubbed the potatoes with oil, poked them with a fork, and stuck them in the oven. There was nothing to talk about thought out that hour. 45 mins later they were done in the oven, the first thought in my head, I was question it took 45 mins instead of an hour. The potatos were cut from the top, and scooped from the inside, the potato was mushed and mashed with the cold white sour cream and the green chunks of dark green onion. then yet the stupid part, we had to wait another 15 minutes while we are still hungry. There is always the ending of the blog, we ate it and it was too good.
Ill give it a 9/10 for this one. thanks for reading.
What about the vegetable pot pie, Bradie? You made that on Tuesday with very similar ingredients.
